Janine was my first yoga instructor and still is my favorite. She is able to effortlessly lead us into a perfect alignment and breathing. Her background in psychology informs her practice and guide us to experience a full mind and body work out. Yoga changed my health, my focus, and my life. I am a more mindful, present, productive and healthy person. I dropped 50 pounds, got out of all meds I was taking, after 2 years of practice. Janine has been instrumental in fostering my inner growth, healing, and learning experience.
