Service Description
This day retreat is a perfect way to cleanse your body, mind, and energy. We will practice different yoga and meditation techniques and cleansing and balancing practices. As a result, you will be free to let go of what you don't need physically, mentally, and energetically, which grants space for what you do want and need. Included in the day retreat will be morning and afternoon mindfulness practices, specially curated juices & snacks served in the morning and afternoon, a workbook for you to keep, and the rest and reset you need :) The schedule will be as follows: 9-930: Welcome Circle 930-11: Energized Yoga w/ Janine 11-12: Juice & Free Time 12-1: Silent Walking Meditation in Nature 1-130: Reflection Journaling 130-3: Energy Circle & Cacao Ceremony facilitated by a Shamanic Healer 3-330: Snack 330-430 Gentle Yoga w/ Janine 430-5 Closing Circle The retreat will take place at the beautiful & zen JW Marriott Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura, FL. It will start on Sunday, April 30th, 2023, at 9 am EST and end at 5 pm EST. Please wear yoga clothes to the retreat for the morning class and bring a change of comfortable clothes for the afternoon sessions. Bring a yoga mat, any props that support your practice, a towel or blanket, a sweatshirt or sweater, a bottle of water, a pen, and sun protection. Valet parking will be available and validated for the day. There are limited spaces for this special day retreat & it will book up fast. The cost is $450 per person if booked before April 10, 2023.
