Service Description

This weeklong digital course is for anyone interested in learning about mindfulness and mindful techniques, or those looking to enhance their mindfulness practices. Each day there will be a mindful theme as follows: Day 1: The Body Day 2: Meditation Day 3: Movement Day 4: Nature Day 5: Journaling Day 6: Breathing Day 7: Gratitude Participants of this course will receive a workbook, daily recordings, and homework that you may (just) love!
