Service Description
This superclass is a 75-minute strong yoga flow to ignite your body, mind, and energy. The first 60 minutes will be a combination of deep holds and intervals of movement, followed by a white-light meditation. This class is fun and fiery and will have you feeling in all ways! The class is part one of a two-part day series. Feel free to take one or both! Please wear yoga clothes & bring a yoga mat, any props that support your practice, a towel or blanket, and a bottle of water. Parking will be available.
