In simple terms, a mindfulness teacher is certified to teach, train, and coach individuals to be present in their body, mind, and energy.
IF I AM NEW TO ALTERNATIVE HEALING MODALITIES, CAN I WORK WITH YOU?
Absolutely. All levels are welcome. If you are a beginner, you are welcome. If you are advanced, you are welcome. I believe there is always something to discover in practice, healing, and life!
HOW LONG DOES EACH SESSION TAKE?
Each session is approximately one hour. In certain circumstances, the session may run less or over, but that is on a case-by-case basis.
DO YOU OFFER SESSION PACKAGES?
Yes. Sessions are available in 5, 10, and 20 packs, with discounts available per package. Packages must be used within three months.
ARE THE SESSIONS CONFIDENTIAL?
Yes. However, if you are a threat to yourself or others, proper measures will be taken.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, and Credit Cards. Fees applied to Paypal and credit cards.
DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
Cancelations must be within 24 hours of your session. If the cancelation is after 24 hours, your session will be forfeited and charged for the session. If there is an emergency within 24 hours, the appointment can be rescheduled within a two-week time frame.
